This also includes sending our goods in recyclable material and avoiding returns wherever possible.

The flood of ill-considered online orders and the resulting returns are known to lead to a general waste of resources - from increased delivery traffic, to a multiple of packaging material, to the processing or even destruction of returned goods.

To prevent this from happening in the first place, you can use the item descriptions and the size guide in the online store as a guide and, if in doubt, contact our telephone advice service.

We thank you for your understanding that we do not refund any return costs due to our sustainable philosophy. This protects the environment and reduces the prices of the individual items.

We recommend that you send all returns with a tracking number and insurance so that you are covered in the event of loss.
